BARBÙ Pattaya for Couples — Sunset Cocktails, Mediterranean Dinner & a View That Does the Work for You
A good evening out doesn't need to be complicated. It needs the right setting, something worth drinking while you wait, and food that gives the conversation somewhere to go between bites. Our BARBÙ team handles all three, and the perfect Pattaya view handles the rest. If it is the end of the year, fireworks are awaiting you and your loved ones.
Whether you're spending an afternoon by the pool before dinner or coming straight up for sunset, the 24th floor of Siam@Siam Design Hotel Pattaya is one of those places that makes a regular evening feel like a proper occasion. Without trying too hard.
Two ways to spend your evening
Option A - Afternoon into evening (with Day pass)
📍3PM (Arrive: pool & first drink)
Get your Day Pass and head up. Two hours of pool time before sunset. Order something cold from the bar using your F&B credit: the Pineapple Limoncello Spritz is the right poolside call.
📍5PM (Pool closes: move to the table)
Settle into dinner as the golden hour starts. Order the Mediterranean Dips and a second round of drinks. Let the menu unfold slowly. There's no reason to rush.
📍6PM (The sky does its thing)
This is no window. West-facing with Pattaya beach, 24 floors up, drinks in hand. The Prosciutto & Stracciatella pizza tends to arrive around this time. It's not bad timing.
📍7PM+ (City lights, mains, Barbùmisu)
The 24-hour short ribs, a last cocktail, and the house tiramisu to close. No reason to leave until you want to.
Option B — Dinner only (Evening Reservation)
Skip the pool, come for the sunset. Reserve a table for 5:30pm, arrive in time for golden hour, and order at your own pace. The Day Pass isn't required. Just book a table and the evening takes care of itself.
What to drink? the couple order?
The Mediterranean Spritz collection is built for this kind of evening. Start light, move to something more complex as the sky darkens.

Both work. The Day Pass (500 THB per person) gives you the pool from 9am plus 500 THB F&B credit each. If you're coming just for dinner or sunset cocktails, a table reservation is all you need. Day pass is not required.
E-tickets are available -
Smart casual is the right call for an evening visit. The rooftop atmosphere is relaxed but polished, beachwear is fine during pool hours, something a step up for dinner.

An evening reservation works well over two to three hours. There's no pressure to move quickly, the shared-plate format and the view both reward a slower pace. With the Day Pass from 3pm, most couples end up staying four to five hours without noticing.

Weekday evenings are quieter and easier to book. The food and sunset are identical, but the atmosphere is more relaxed, and you'll almost always get the table you want without planning far ahead.
